Please do not break any of the following TOS rules during the commissioning process, doing so will result in an immediate discontinuation of sales based on the following terms:
I DON'T DO- I refuse to do any pieces containing: Dogwhistles, hateful content, exploitation of underaged characters, proship. More to be added.- Any requested changes can be done during the sketching process, but I will not implement any changes after the number of requests indicated in my TOS.- If there is something not listed here that you request, I have every right to deny the request based on my comfort with accepting the commission.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS SUMMARY
-I will not accept payment plans up front without discussion from the commissioner. If there are special circumstances requiring payment to be split, please contact me honestly and I will work with you to make sure we're both satisfied with the agreement.-For larger priced projects quoted over $65+, I will require a 50% deposit after the client is satisfied with the planned rendering process. I only accept Paypal or a Ko-Fi request for payment transfer
(hoping to add more options soon!)-If you request any other P2P platforms I will not be able to fulfill your commission request. The other 50% will be requested as soon as the commission is considered complete by both parties.- Adjustments aren't charged when considered 'complete' - this means you can ask for a change up to MONTH* after the commission is complete*Only minor details can be adjusted. I can't and won't redo the entire piece for free.
FAIR USE POLICY
- I will share your art to my social media if allowed, consent will be requested and further questions on promotion may be asked.
CUSTOMER USE: The following is copyright infringement that I will follow up on if broken
- Using my art for AI model training.
- Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially WITHOUT my knowledge
- Claiming commissioned artwork as your own
- Removing my watermarks during/post commission process
- Changing the artwork without confirmed consent and claiming it as a new piece.
